Tropical Turmeric Smoothie
- 1 cup almond milk or other milk
- 1 banana, frozen
- ½ cup pineapple, fresh
- ½ teaspoon turmeric
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender. Blend on high until smooth.
- Add ice as needed.
