Spiced Baked Cod with Chili Lime Corn

Spiced Baked Cod with Chili Lime Corn RecipeFish is an incredibly healthy source of protein.

Cod in particular, is rich in protein as well as essential nutrients needed by the human body.

With just 100 calories in a four-ounce serving, cod contains 21 grams of protein along with over 100% of the daily-recommended amount of vitamin B12.

Besides vitamin B12, cod, like most fish, is an excellent source of heart healthy omega-3 fatty acids.

Unfortunately when it comes to fish however, it can also be pretty boring, which is why we’ve spiced it up in this recipe!

Rubbed in a delicious mixture of spices and served alongside a chili lime corn salad, this spiced baked cod is the perfect way to get that healthy fish into your diet.
