Carrots are a very overlooked vegetable in terms of their Nutrition.   • 1 Orange, peeled
  • 2 large carrots
  • ½ inch piece ginger
  • 1 red bell pepper, top and seeds removed
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey


  1. Run the orange, carrots, ginger and bell pepper through a juicer.
  2. Stir in the honey and enjoy.
