Orange Creamsicle Smoothie

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • ½ banana, frozen
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt, 2% fat
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ small orange, peeled
  • 1 teaspoon honey (or other sweetener)
  • ice, if needed

Directions:

  1. Add the banana, almond milk and orange juice to a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend until orange is fully incorporated into the drink. Add more ice if needed.
