Get Plenty of Sleep
The odds of you cheating are also greater whenever you are tired. If you are sleep deprived, you may not feel like preparing healthy meals, and are more likely to grab whatever is available or settle for fast food because you are in a hurry. The odds of you turning to caffeine, soda, or energy drinks to provide you with enough stamina to get through the day are much higher as well.
Clean eating can provide you with some amazing health benefits, but following a program can be challenging at times. Being prepared for those challenges before they arise is one of the best ways to ensure you do not stray too far off track.
