In fact, Dr. Loveneet Batra, a sports nutritionist from Delhi, believes that consuming certain water infusions early in the morning can have tremendous benefits for your health. Coriander water infusions are fantastic for keeping your blood pressure low. Its bioactive properties are antidepressant, antimicrobial, and above all else, anti-inflammatory. Soak a teaspoon of coriander seeds overnight in a glass of water, then drink it in the morning.
